Yasin joined Keoghs in 2013 and qualified in 2017. He has experience across a wide range of (re)insurance business including employer’s liability, public liability, product liability, property and business interruption, CAR/DSU, professional indemnity and reinsurance (treaty and facultative, as well as ART products). Yasin also deals with issues arising from binding authority and other delegated authority agreements.
While Yasin’s (re)insurance practice has a broad base, most of his time is devoted to acting for (re)insurers on coverage, whether in litigation, arbitration or ADR. Much of his work comes from the London Market and he has particular experience of document-heavy and/or technical matters. His cases regularly involve multiple parties and jurisdictions around the world.
