Raphoe has practised Law for over 20 years and has represented insurance clients, both domestic and internationally, advising them on all aspects of insurance litigation. In particular, he provides expert assistance in relation to personal injury claims, property damage claims, product liability and defamation.
Raphoe also acts for international financial institutes in contentious matter in both the Commercial Court and the High Court. He has extensive experience in liquor licensing law and also in probate litigation.
