Nina is a Partner in the London Crime and Regulatory Team, having joined Keoghs LLP in August 2017.
Nina has significant expertise in defending companies, directors and senior managers facing investigation for the most serious breaches of their regulatory duties. She is one of the few solicitors to have dealt with a Corporate Manslaughter Prosecution and has significant experience in managing fatal accidents and those involving significant personal injury.
Her experience covers prosecutions brought by the Police, HSE, Local Authorities and the Environmental Agencies. Nina has also dealt with various financial investigations both for corporate entities and individuals and regularly represents clients, through the coronial process.
Nina prides herself in engendering confidence with all stakeholders, which she achieves through the application of her expert technical knowledge and strategic advice, formulated on an understanding of industry and commercial needs.
Nina also leads the team’s non-contentious work which encompasses the provision of advice on criminal workplace investigations, compliance with industry-specific safety legislation and the delivery of bespoke training.
