Naomi has practised law for over 10 years and is a partner in our property and insolvency team based in our Ireland office; she is also a qualified solicitor in England and in Wales.
Naomi acts on behalf of financial institutions, private investment funds, receivers, asset managers and private clients on all aspects of property and insolvency related matters. She regularly provides advice on loan book sales, title rectification, security reviews, remedial solutions regarding access and tenant issues. She also acts on behalf of private clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and tenanted properties.
Currently Naomi is the main point of contact across a spectrum of loan portfolios for a large private investment fund dealing with the day to day complex issues that arise.
