Michael has practised law for over 25 years and is head of both the banking/insolvency and the conveyancing teams in our Ireland office. He advises many of the leading financial institutions in Ireland on a wide range of matters including commercial lending, security and title reviews, debt restructuring and security enforcement.
Michael has gained a wealth of experience in corporate law, commercial litigation and dispute resolution and it is for this expertise that so many blue-chip companies and financial institutions turn to Michael for advice. He also advises officially-appointed receivers on a number of matters, including the validity of their appointments and the ultimate asset disposal.
Michael lectures and presents regularly to financial institutions, receivers and accountants on developments in property and banking.
Michael is authorised to practise as a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales.
