Marise qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has worked within the insurance sector since then. She joined Keoghs in 2017, specialising in the recovery and defence of property damage claims, in addition to advising on policy coverage issues.
Marise has particular expertise in the construction and electrical industries, however she also deals with party wall disputes, tree root and subsidence claims, including injunction applications for the removal of trees causing damage to property.
Marise has extensive experience of fire and flood claims and other engineering issues arising out of construction disputes, including cable damage claims.
