Kaveh started out in the recovery of credit hire for a well-known claimant firm before crossing the floor to defendant work in 2013. Since joining Keoghs, Kaveh has established himself as part of the senior credit hire strategic team and a leading point of advice for our clients with knowledge of both credit hire, personal injury and experience of appeals in the High Court.
His own casework involves some of the most high value and complex matters, and he takes the lead in our credit hire fraud offering in the identification and resolution of sharp practice behaviours. Kaveh also provides direct supervision and training to clients and some of our top multi-track lawyers.
Outside of work, Kaveh spends most of his time with his three sons Freddie, Charlie and Henry and reminiscing about the time before kids when he played bass guitar internationally, would have cocktail lunches and was able to sleep.
