Kath is a Partner in the Bolton office and throughout her career has specialised in the defence of criminal regulatory actions, principally in the fields of health and safety, care, fire safety, and road traffic. Kath has been instructed in a number of large, complex and high-profile cases and has represented corporate and individual clients across a range of industry sectors including, manufacturing, utilities, retail and leisure. Kath also heads the C&R team’s construction offering and has a particular interest and specialism in this area.
Kath guides clients through all stages of the investigatory process, providing expert advice in crisis and incident management, advising during interviews under caution and representing clients at the Magistrates, Crown and Coroner’s courts.
