Julian qualified in 2000 and joined Keoghs in 2007, becoming a partner in 2010. He has considerable experience of handling complex and high value PI claims, specialising in matters of a technical nature, including multi-party liability disputes, sports injury cases, product liability claims and cases involving allegations of fundamental dishonesty and contempt of court.
Julian’s expertise covers cases involving polytrauma, brain and spinal injuries, chronic pain and complex neurological and psychiatric conditions, including Functional Neurological Disorder. He also deals with fatal accident cases, including inquests, and has in recent years been involved in a number of such cases which attracted significant media attention.
Julian works closely with Keoghs’ Crime & Regulatory Team on cases where there are investigations/prosecutions by the HSE and other regulatory and enforcement bodies.
Julian also has a client account management role with several insurer clients and is the primary point of contact for a number of nominated customers.
