Heather joined Keoghs in 2004, qualifying as a solicitor in the Property Risks and Coverage team in 2007 and becoming a partner in 2017. Heather leads our Property Recoveries team, routinely dealing with large loss household and commercial property damage claims. Heather has particular expertise in recovery claims, product liability, subsidence claims and liability disputes. She also has experience in policy indemnity work including property, commercial and legal expenses.
Heather is the main point of contact for property recovery and large loss liability work. She is an experienced speaker, delivering lectures to clients on liability disputes, household recoveries and subsidence. Heather frequently advises clients in respect of property damage cases which have attracted media attention due to criminal activity/large scale fires/property collapses and works together with handlers and insurers’ public relations departments alike.
