Emma is a Partner in our Complex & Catastrophic Loss Team and specialises in catastrophic injury claims. She deals with a wide range of injuries involving children and adults, including spinal cord injuries, severe behavioural issues following frontal lobe injury, injuries resulting in minimal awareness / PVS, amputations and “walking wounded” brain injuries.
Emma has a strong grounding in the importance of rehabilitation management in catastrophic injury cases. She has wide ranging experience in relation to accommodation claims, reduced life expectancy issues, lifelong care packages and statutory funding. She also deals with claims involving Periodical Payment Orders and assists clients with annual PPO administration.
Emma is head of Keoghs Spinal Injuries Special Interest Group. She regularly delivers training to clients.
