Danny joined Keoghs fraud team in January 2012, shortly after qualifying as a solicitor, and became a Partner in 2019. Danny advises on motor fraud cases for a number of clients, with a particular interest in technical, indemnity and recovery issues.
Danny’s caseload includes various complex and high value matters and he has handled a number of high profile cases for our clients including appeals to the Court of Appeal and UK Supreme Court, private criminal prosecutions, and tort of deceit claims.
In addition to his caseload Danny is a technical supervisor and has also assisted clients with implementing strategies on a variety of technical and fraud issues.
