Over the last five years Daniel has developed a varied and highly complex caseload, which involves questions of limitation, vicarious liability, consent and credibility. Primarily, he acts for schools and other educational bodies both via insurers and directly.

Daniel is currently heavily involved in a major group action against a police force arising from child sexual exploitation. Daniel is an accomplished public speaker who regularly provides training on abuse and child sexual exploitation claims.
