Ben is a partner at Keoghs who leads a team of lawyers dealing with a range of large loss and catastrophic injury claims which predominantly arise from road traffic accidents. Ben’s caseload includes brain injuries of all severities, functional neurological disorder, chronic pain, fatal accidents, multiple orthopaedic injuries and amputations.
Ben leads Keoghs amputation special interest group that provides clients with the latest insight and advice, while standardising and rationalising internal handling processes.
Ben also particularly enjoys complex causation cases that often involve complicated or novel factual, medical and legal points.
Ben is adept at dealing with all liability issues and has taken cases to trial in the both the County Courts and the High Court in respect of claims from pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
