    Property Insurance Seminar

    14/06/2017

Our delegates spent an enjoyable afternoon listening to our external speakers, James Cross QC of 4 Pump Court, and Martin Ashfield, Technical Claims Director of AXA Insurance.

They were joined by our partners Matthew Rogers and Louise Murphy as they delivered practical advice and guidance in relation to late payment of claims.

The purpose of the day was to look at differing perspectives and issues surrounding late payment.

Attendees really embraced this event. Their comments summed up the huge success of the day and the appreciation that the delegates felt, with comments including:

“I thought the event was very good and covered off the pertinent points and provided detailed insight and opinion of the recent changes.”

“Liked the networking element at the conclusion and opportunity to chat informally about this and related topics.“

“I thought this was a really excellent event. It was great having different speakers talking on a theme and it meant that different perspectives and views were given to those usually communicated”.

    Matthew Rogers commented that:

“the feedback from the Seminar has been very positive and those who attended thought it gave food for thought as to the effects this legislation could have on the insurance market and claims”.
