On qualification Sarah joined the insurance team of a City law firm and having gained experience with insurance teams in London and Manchester, Sarah joined the insurance team at Hill Dickinson as a partner in 2003 and transferred to Keoghs in 2017.
Sarah specialises in professional indemnity claims, disciplinary proceedings against professionals and policy coverage disputes. She is experienced in all types of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
Sarah defends claims against a broad range of professionals to include construction professionals, surveyors, auctioneers, FCA regulated professionals and veterinary surgeons, as well as the emerging professions.
Sarah also represents professionals at disciplinary hearings before their regulators. She particularly has extensive experience representing veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses in RCVS disciplinary proceedings.
Sarah is regularly instructed on policy coverage issues across many lines of business. She is a regular speaker and presenter on a range of insurance related topics.
